At the helm of affairs at KayArr is Mr. K. Ramesh, ably backed by a team of thoroughbred professionals. In a span of just over two decades, the company has grown by leaps and bounds. Started in 1997 with the aim of bringing a whole new standard to residential, commercial and retail spaces, KayArr, under the stewardship of Mr. K Ramesh, is known for its quality construction, aesthetic appeal and transparent practices.

KayArr believes that the location of a home is as important as the home itself. Hence, over the years, the organisation has been developing properties in the Central Business District (CBD) of Bangalore and its vicinity. As a result, KayArr is the preferred choice for the busy professional who can’t afford to spend long hours commuting. KayArr has developed over 66 projects in Bangalore alone and has a happy customer base running into thousands.

The company started its mission of creating elegant spaces in the year 1997 under the leadership of Mr. K. Ramesh and team.
